This video for educational stakeholders (teachers, supervisors…) presents the results of a large survey on the mentoring of pre-service teachers by cooperating teachers / mentor teachers. In particular, we present a competence reference framework for the training of mentor teachers and the 4 dimensions of the level of proficiency declared by the cooperating teachers (Baco et al., 2022). Further videos will report on the results of the survey.
